Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce heat absorption upon the mounting of this capacitor on a circuit substrate and to prevent deterioration in capacitor characteristics, by forming third degree or above in color brightness of transfer mold resin in a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode lead conductor 2 mounted on a capacitor element 1 is electrically connected with a positive electrode terminal 3 by a welding method. A conductive adhesive 5 is used to electrically connect the capacitor element 1 with a negative electrode terminal 4. This capacitor is armored with transfer mold resin 16 of a third class or above in its color brightness.
