In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, this planetary part is composed of a main bearing, with the sun gear being an inner race 25, the planet gear being a ball 26, the internal gear being an outer race 27, and the planet carrier being a retainer. Formed by 28,
The inner race 25 is fixed to the outer periphery of a collar 29 which is rotatably attached to the worm shaft 11. This collar 29 is provided with a pulley 30 connected to the output shaft of the motor M by a belt 31. Worm shaft 11
The planetary part is connected to the worm shaft 11 by a retainer 28 that restricts the movement of the balls 26, and the worm shaft 13 is connected to the worm shaft 13 by a pulley 34 fixed to the worm shaft 13 and a belt 33. This is achieved by fixing the pulley 32 to the outer race 27. Now, if the collar 29 and the inner race 25 are rotated by the motor M with braking applied to the worm shaft 11, the ball 26 will be prevented from revolving by the retainer 28 fixed to the worm shaft 11 and will remain in place. Performs rotation. This rotation is transmitted to the outer race 27 and rotates the worm shaft 13 via the outer race 27, pulley 32, belt 33, and pulley 34. On the other hand, if the inner race 25 is rotated with braking applied to the worm shaft 13, the outer race 27 is locked through the belt 33, so the balls 26 rotate and revolve around the worm shaft via the retainer 28. Rotate 11. 35 is a preload spring, 36 is a spring bearing, and 37 is a bearing for the spring bearing. Of course, other types of bearings may be used, as well as planetary mechanisms using conventional gears, or other clutch mechanisms. Now, since it has a planetary part, as mentioned above, if you brake the worm shaft 11, you can output the output to the worm shaft 13, and if you brake the worm shaft 13, you can output the output to the worm shaft 11. This is done by a brake device provided at one end of the worm shafts 11 and 13. Each brake device is equipped with a solenoid as shown in Figure 7.
Formed by SL 1 and SL 2 , gearbox 1
0, a core 55 that is integrated with the yoke 54 and faces the end surfaces of the worm shafts 11 and 13, an excitation coil 56, and a yoke 54 and the core 55 that are connected in the axial direction of the worm shafts 11 and 13. When the coil 56 is energized by passing a current through it, the core 55 and the yoke 54 are moved by the spring 57 so that the core 55 comes into contact with the movable block 58 fixed to one end of the worm shafts 11 and 13.
is driven by suction against the Worm shaft 11, 13
If it is rotating, the rotation is stopped by the connection between the core 55 and the movable block 58.

As is clear from FIG. 4, the roller 2 attached to the main shaft 1 has an eccentric inclined shaft portion 2 fixed to the main shaft 1.
1 and an outer ring 22 freely rotatable around the outer periphery of the eccentric inclined shaft part 21. Between the outer ring 22 and the eccentric inclined shaft part 21, there are steel balls 24 and a retainer 2.
3 is placed. This pair of rollers 2, 2 attached to the main shaft 1 at a predetermined interval rotates together with the main shaft 1, but both rollers 2, 2 are eccentric in the same direction by the same amount, and are tilted symmetrically. For this reason, when the main shaft 1 rotates, the amount of protrusion of the roller 2 toward the cover sheet 6 side changes, and at the same time, the distance between the respective contact portions of both rollers 2, 2 with the cover sheet 6 changes. It's summery. In addition, a permanent magnet 45 is attached to the outer surface of the eccentric inclined shaft portion 21 of the roller 2 on the gearbox 10 side, and a pair of reed switches arranged on the side of the gear and gearbox 10 are connected to each other.
It is designed to make LS 1 and LS 2 sensitive. Here, one reed switch LS 1 is sensitive to the permanent magnet 45 when the amount of protrusion of the roller 2 toward the cover sheet 6 side is small, and the other reed switch LS 2 (not shown)
is designed to respond when the amount of protrusion of the roller 2 toward the cover sheet 6 side is large.

Four rollers 4 are attached to the shaft 50, and the two rollers 4 on both sides are shaped like a drum with a constricted center. Further, one roller 5 is disposed on the upper surface of the gear box 10 and one on the upper surface of the motor block 9, respectively, so as to be freely rotatable by shafts 59 parallel to the main shaft 1. The rollers 5 located on both sides of the rollers 2, 2 are arranged such that their upper end surfaces are located at a slightly higher position than the rollers 2 when the amount of protrusion toward the cover sheet 6 is small.

However, in the case of a lever, the person lies down with the whole body on the cover sheet 6 and rests the head on the pillow 44 at one end.
If the drive shaft 3 is rotated without rotating the main shaft 1, the mechanism section will move along the rail 7 below the cover sheet 6 due to the engagement between the pinion 15 at both ends of the drive shaft 3 and the rack 8. It runs on its own along the length of the bed. The reason why it is self-propelled is to simplify the structure and wiring. During this running, the outer ring 22 of the roller 2 located on the head side presses both sides of the spine on the back of the human body along the spine via the cover sheet 6, and also presses the back of the human body along the spine. The rollers 4 located on the sides, particularly the rollers 4 on both sides, keep a constant distance from the roller 2 and press the lower surface of the foot. This is how we perform sasuri pine surge. The traveling operation of such a mechanism is controlled by a control circuit composed of a one-chip microcomputer or the like with respect to the traveling range in conjunction with a position detector of the mechanism such as a limit switch as follows. In other words, in the control circuit, three patterns are set for the above-mentioned travel range, and as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the roller 2 pushes the nape of the neck and the roller 4
The first section A is for full body pine surgery, in which the roller 2 presses the thigh and the roller 4 presses the ankle, automatically reversing from the position where the roller 2 presses the lower back to the position where the roller 4 presses the ankle. A second section B for upper body pine surge, in which the roller 2 moves automatically from the position where it presses the lower back to the position where the roller 2 presses the lower back and the roller 4 presses the legs; The third section C for lower body muscle massage is selected by input from the operation switch section, in which the roller 2 moves while automatically reversing from the position where the roller 4 presses the leg to the position where the roller 2 presses the thigh and the roller 4 presses the ankle. We are making it possible. As is clear from the figure, the reason why the second section B and the third section C overlap by a small section D is because the position of the waist differs depending on the height.
As shown in FIG. 9, when either the second pattern RO or the third pattern C is selected, the lower back region, which requires the highest pine surge, is always rubbed.

If only the main shaft 1 is rotated without rotating the drive shaft 3, the roller 2 will rotate at a fixed location. Since the roller 2 is eccentric and inclined with respect to the main shaft 1,
As the rotation progresses, the state shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, that is, the state in which the amount of protrusion toward the cover sheet 6 side is large and the distance between the upper ends of both rollers 2 is small, and the state in which the amount of protrusion toward the cover sheet 6 side is small and the distance between the upper ends of both rollers 2 is small. A state in which the distance between the upper ends of the rollers 2 is large alternately occurs, and this causes massaging. Also, as is clear from these two figures, even during the above-mentioned pine surge, if the rotational position of the roller 2 changes, the pressing force applied by the roller 2 to the back changes, so the strength can be adjusted. The reed switches LS 1 and LS 2 mentioned above are provided to detect the rotational position of the roller 2 for this strength adjustment.

The roller 5 is used to adjust the strength of this rubbing pine surge and to perform the massaging pine surge more effectively. When the amount of protrusion of the roller 2 toward the cover sheet 6 side is large, the body is removed from the roller 5. Although the body floats, when the amount of protrusion of the roller 2 is small, the body comes into contact with the roller 5. Since this roller 5 also travels along with the rollers 2 and 4, when performing pine surge on a low level, the roller 5 also moves in contact with the body, making it possible to perform pine surge on a wide range of areas while also providing soft pine surgery. It is possible to perform a pine serge that feels like a massage, and in addition, when using only the roller 2 when massaging pine surge, the body is always supported by the two rollers 2, 2, so the body is always in a state of tension. Although treatment may be hindered, when the amount of protrusion of the rollers 2 becomes small, the body is also supported by the rollers 5, so the tension is relieved while the body is supported by the rollers 5 as well. In other words, the treatment is more effective because the patient is repeatedly brought into a state of being relieved of tension.

The pillow 44 on which the head rests at one end of the bed is hinged to the bed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10 in the illustrated example. Blood flow is better when the head is higher, but when massaging the neck and shoulders, it is better to remove the pillow 44 and lower the head so that the roller 2 and the neck come into contact better and the massaging effect is achieved. This was done in consideration of the fact that the pillow 44 can be used and not used by simply flipping it over, and it is also possible to use the pillow 44 on the head side and foot side of the bed incorrectly. This is something I try to prevent from happening. When performing such massage on the neck, the rollers 4, especially the central roller 4, support the lower back and further enhance the effect of the massage.

As described above, in the present invention, the driving side roller and the driven side roller, which are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bed, are made to run along the longitudinal direction of the bed, thereby covering the entire length of the human body. On the other hand, it is a device that can perform pine surge at two places at the same time, and can obtain a large amount of pine surge in a short time, and also performs pine surge on the human head side by rotationally driving the roller on the driving side. At the same time, since the rollers on the driven side support the waist or feet, the waist or feet do not sink into the bed.
Therefore, sufficient weight is applied to the roller on the driving side, and pine surge can be obtained effectively and reliably by rotating the roller on the driving side. In addition, although the roller on the driving side is rotated, this is done by a motor that runs by itself along with the roller on the driving side, so the structure is simple.
