Abstract
PURPOSE:To thinner the film thickness, equalize the brightness of luminescent and achieve a high pressure proof by using a substrate including an insulation layer consisting of an aluminum foil of which one side is alumite-processed by anodic oxidation to be a material equipped with two functions of a back electrode and an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:A back electrode 1 consisting of aluminum foil of which one side is alumite-processed to have an insulation layer 6 of Al2O3 is used as a substrate 7, and a luminescent layer 3 and a transparent conductive layer 4 are formed on the insulation layer 6 in this order, and all the packaged in moisture-proof outer film 5, 5 at the top and the bottom. By this alumite- processing one side of an aluminum foil, an insulation film of Al2O3 is formed, so that a single aluminum foil achieves two functions of a back plate and an insulation layer at the same time, and as the insulation layer is formed by alumite-processing the aluminum foil, there are no pinholes, and a uniform and fine film can be obtained.
