    成するゲート回路と、該ゲート回路からのシステ
    ムクロツクパルスを集積回路内の各部に供給する
    複数の信号線とを備えた半導体集積回路のシステ
    ムクロツク発生回路に於いて、前記複数の信号線
    は前記半導体集積回路のチツプの周囲に延在され
    、末端が前記ゲート回路に接続されることを特徴
    とする半導体集積回路のシステムクロツク発生回
    路。
