- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マイクロコンピユータにおいて、複数のシ
ステムクロツク信号を順次発生するシステムクロ
ツク信号発生回路と、スタンバイ信号を発生する
スタンバイ信号発生回路と、スタンバイモードと
する際に、前記スタンバイ信号に基づいて、前記
複数のシステムクロツク信号を一定レベルに順次
保持する一定レベル保持回路とを設けたことを特
徴とするマイクロコンピユータ。 (2) 前記一定レベル保持回路は、複数の論理回
路より成ることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のマ
イクロコンピユータ。
