射した後、使用後の洗浄液をフイルタに通して処
理し、そのすすぎ用洗浄液ですすぎを行う湿式ブ
ラスト洗浄装置に於いて、 前記フイルタの前段に使用後のすすぎ用洗浄液
中に気泡を発生させて洗浄液中の汚染粒子を浮上
分離させる浮上分離装置を設けることを特徴とす
る湿式ブラスト洗浄装置。 (2) 前記浮上分離装置は洗浄液中に起泡剤或い
は捕集剤とガスとを混合して気泡を発生させるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録の請求の範囲第１項
