動車のストツプランプに使用する際に用いる基板
の一部省略平面図、第４図は第３図に示した基板
に第１図に示したＬＥＤランプを取付けた時の状
態を示す一部破断正面図、第５図は第３図に示し
た基板をハイマウント・ストツプランプに使用す
べく基板に赤色拡散カバーを取付けた時の縦断面
図、第６図は第５図に示したランプをハイマウン
ト・ストツプランプのケーシングに組め込んだ時
の斜視図、第７図ａ，ｂは通常のＬＥＤランプを
示し、ａはその断面図、ｂは正面図である。 １：ＬＥＤチツプ、２，３：リードフレーム、
４：ワイヤ、５：樹脂モールド、７，８：環状の
放熱部材、１０：基板、１１：拡散カバー、１２
：ケーシング。

ームにそれぞれ環状の放熱部材を設けてなること
を特徴とする発光ダイオードランプ。 (2) 前記環状の放熱部材がリードフレームに一
体形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
