Claims (1)
- 流入する水溶液とオゾンを含む空気とを混合し
て前記水溶液に溶解または結合された物質を酸化
反応させる反応槽と、残存オゾンを分解するオゾ
ン分解炉と、前記オゾン分解炉からの空気流量を
測定する流量計と、前記空気中の酸素濃度と大気
中の酸素濃度との差を測定する酸素濃度分析計と
、前記空気流量の信号と前記酸素濃度差の信号と
を乗算して酸素吸収速度信号を出力する乗算部と
を有するオゾン酸化式汚濁濃度計において、前記
酸素吸収速度信号を一定時間または所定の測定回
数を記憶する酸素吸収速度記憶部と、予め水溶液
種類別に分類し記憶された酸素吸収速度形状例を
記憶保存する形状例記憶部と、前記酸素吸収速度
記憶部と形状例記憶部とのデータを比較し、前記
酸素吸収速度記憶部のデータがどの水溶液種類に
対応するか判別する形状比較部とを備えたことを
特徴とするオゾン酸化式水溶液種類判別装置。
