- 酸素ガスを含む塩素ガス中の水分及び塩素分を
分離し、残余の気体を空気または窒素等のイナー
トガスと混合し、ジルコニア式あるいはガルバニ
ツク式検知素子を利用して酸素ガス濃度を測定す
ることを特徴とする塩素ガス中の酸素ガス濃度簡
易分析計。
