Claims (1)
- 光源からの光をダイクロプリズム及び対物レン
ズを経て目標に投光し、該目標における反射光を
対物レンズ及びダイクロプリズムを経て受光素子
に導き、投射光と反射光の位相差を測定し測距す
る光波距離測定装置において、対物レンズとダイ
クロプリズムの間に配設され、サーボモータによ
り焦点を調節する方向に移動自在の合焦レンズと
、該合焦レンズの移動に応じて作動し、粗測距離
を得るエンコーダと、受光素子に導かれる反射光
の光路上及び光路外の２位置にセツト自在の反射
鏡と、該反射鏡で反射された反射光の合焦度を検
知する合焦度検知用センサと、精測距用受光素子
とを具備し、該合焦レンズを合焦度検知用センサ
の出力で駆動されるサーボモータによつて合焦点
位置に移動するように構成したことを特徴とする
光波距離測定装置。
