Claims (1)
面電極を順次積層して、これら前面電極、背面電
極をXまたはY電極として互いに直交する方向に
配列してX―Yマトリクス電極を構成してなる薄
膜ELパネルにおいて、前記各前面電極と背面電
極との表示領域内の非交差部に、該前面電極を背
面電極面上に引き出すためのスルーホール部を前
記EL層を貫通させてそれぞれ設け、前記各スル
ーホール部に前面電極用外部引き出し配線をそれ
ぞれ導通接続して、これら外部引き出し配線を、
前記各背面電極間にそれぞれ配して該背面電極と
同一方向に引き出すようにしたことを特徴とする
