Claims (1)
光層、第2絶縁層および背面電極を順次積層して
形成し、これら前面電極と背面電極とを互いに直
交させてX―Yマトリクス電極を構成し、前記前
面電極および背面電極の引き出しを該各前面電極
と背面電極の非交差部にそれぞれ形成した金属端
子部より行なう薄膜ELパネルにおいて、前記金
属端子部下の第2絶縁層と発光層との間に酸化物
薄膜を形成したことを特徴とする薄膜ELパネル
