て、前記前面電極の引き出しを該各前面電極と背
面電極の非交差部に前記EL層を貫通して設けら
れたスルーホールを介して行なうとともに、これ
ら前面電極および背面電極のリードアウトを該各
前面電極と背面電極の非交差部にそれぞれ設けら
れたリードアウト端子部より行ない、これら端子
のリードアウトを前記基板上のEL発光表示領域
内より該基板に対して垂直方向に外囲器外へ行な
うようにしたことを特徴とする薄膜EL表示パネ
ル。 (2) 各端子のリードアウトは中継板を介して基
板に対して垂直方向に引き出しを行なうことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
