Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボールエンドミル本体の先端部に底切刃が
    設けられると共に、同本体の外周から先端部にか
    けて周切刃が設けられているボールエンドミルに
    於て、 上記底切刃が全般切削工具用超硬合金のうち強
    靭性超硬合金であるＭ３０からなり、かつ上記周
    切刃が全般切削工具用超硬合金のうち強耐摩耗性
    超硬合金であるＭ２０からなることを特徴とする
    ボールエンドミル。 (2) 底切刃の終端間の距離がボールエンドミル
    本体の直径の約７０％〜９０％であることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
    ボールエンドミル。 (3) 周切刃の始端間の距離がボールエンドミル
    本体の直径の約６０％〜８０％であることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項または第(
    2)項に記載のボールエンドミル。 (4) 底切刃の終端部と周切刃の始端部とが回転
    軌跡上に於てボールエンドミル本体の直径の約５
    ％〜２０％前後放射方向にオーバラツプしている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項〜第(3)項の何れかに記載のボールエンドミル
    。
