- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 周辺に複数の引出し端子用接触点を有する角型
のＩＣソケツトに着脱自在に係止されその当接面
に電気的接続を得る複数の接触点を備えた角型の
端子板を設け、 その端子板の相隣る２辺にある前記接触点に接
続する複数の信号線を有する１本のフラツト・ケ
ーブルを装備し、前記フラツト・ケーブルの先端
を前記相隣る２辺と幾何学的に整合するように凸
型にしたことを特徴とするプローブ。
