Claims (1)
- 配線パターンを有するフレキシブル基板の電極
パツドに外部引出端子を接続してなるハイブリツ
ドＩＣにおいて、上記フレキシブル基板の端面附
近にスリツトを設け、該スリツトに外部引出端子
の先端部を挿通し、上記電極パツドにはんだで接
続して構成したことを特徴とするハイブリツドＩ
