Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the actuation of an output transistor TR due to a leakage current by providing the output TR, a constant current source connected between the base of the output TR and an earth terminal, and a control means which controls ON or OFF of the constant current source. CONSTITUTION:An output TR1 is provided together with a constant current source 2, a drive circuit 3 for TR1 and a control means 14 for current source 2. The source 2 works only when the TR1 is not actuated. In such a constitution, the TR1 is never actuated in case the actuation of the TR1 is not desired because the source 2 absorbs the leakage current if delivered from the circuit 3. While the source 2 is turned off when the actuation of the TR1 is desired. 子4が電源端子13より低い電位になった場合にはトラ
ンジスタ12をオンし、カレントミラー回路の出力トラ
ンジスタ11の電流を遮断し、駆動回路3の出力電流は
全て出力トランジスタのベースに入力され、入出力電流
特性の直線性が大幅に改善される。−般に第3図のよう
な電動機の半波駆動回路においては、コイルの端子4の
電位がTL源端子13の電位より高い場合と低い場合の
どちらの場合に出力トランジスタを動作させるかで電動
機の発生するトルクの方向が決定するため、コイルの端
子4と電源端子13の電位を比較した信号により前記カ
レントミラーを制御することは極めて有効である。
