極部、１‐２は入力用ランド、１‐３は出力用ラ
ンド、１‐４はアース用ランド、２はキヤツプ、
２‐１はシールド用金属膜、２‐２は取付け用金

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電体基板上面に櫛形電極部を形成した弾
性表面波素子において、 チツプ状の圧電体基板１を取付け用ベースとし
、該圧電体基板１と同じ熱膨張係数を有したキヤ
ツプ２で上記櫛形電極部１を不活性ガスと共に気
密封止し、上記櫛形電極部１に接続してパターン
形成された入、出力用ランド１‐２，１‐３と、
アース用ランド１‐４とを接続用端子として上記
キヤツプ２外に導出してなることを特徴とする弾
性表面波素子。 (2) キヤツプ２の内面に電気的ノイズを防止す
るシールド用金属膜２‐１を有してなることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾
性表面波素子。
