Claims (1)
- 絶縁プレートに、互いに対応関係にある、必ず
しも全数がオングリツド状に配置されない被検査
用プリント回路基板上の試験点の対応箇所と、プ
リント回路基板検査装置のテストヘツドのオング
リツド状に配置される多数の電極部の対応箇所と
を結ぶ多数の接続孔を形成し、この接続孔内に導
電性エラストマーを充填して導電部を配設すると
ともにこの導電部には前記２つの対応箇所に於て
プレート面より突起した接触部を設けたことを特
徴とするプリント回路基板検査装置の変換治具。
