Claims (1)
- 光電子を放出させる入力側光電面と、その光電
子を加速・集束させる電極の電子レンズと、加速
・集束された光電子を可視光を変換させる出力側
蛍光体とからなるイメージ・インテンシフアイア
において、面状のヒータにアンチモンを付置させ
たアンチモン蒸着源と、開閉可能な支持機構とを
外囲器内に具有し、アンチモンの蒸着時には光電
面への蒸着膜厚がほぼ一様になる位置にアンチモ
ン蒸着源を支持機構により配置し、蒸着後には電
子レンズに影響を与えない位置にアンチモン蒸着
源を支持機構により退避させることを特徴とする
