Claims (1)
- ガラス外囲管内に入力けい光面、および集束電
極、陽極、出力けい光面を備えたイメージインテ
ンシフアイヤにおいて、光電面を形成する蒸着源
が蒸着時に集束電極の略中心軸上に位置するよう
に、その蒸着源を前記集束電極に回動自在に支持
する支持手段と、集束電極外に前記支持手段が退
避するのを許容するスリツトと、退避した支持手
段が再び集束電極内に戻るのを阻止する阻止手段
とを備えたイメージインテンシフアイヤ。
