    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 略円筒状ガラス真空容器と、その容器内一方側
    に形成された光電子を放出させる入力側陰極光電
    面と、他方側容器底面に形成される陽極内出力側
    蛍光面と、放出された光電子を加速、集束させる
    容器内に支持された中間電極の電子レンズとから
    なり、容器内のガスを吸い込むジルコニウム型ゲ
    ツターイオンポンプを有し、加速、集束された光
    電子を出力蛍光面により可視光に変換させるイメ
    ージ・インテンシフアイアにおいて、該中間電極
    の全部または一部が該ゲツターイオンポンプから
    放出する熱、光、ガスの光電面への直射を防ぐし
    やへい板と一体に構成されていることを特徴とす
    る、イメージ・インテンシフアイア。
