Claims (1)
- 透光性支持基板、該支持基板の一方の主面に於
ける複数の光電変換領域毎に個別に分割配置され
た透光性の受光面電極、該受光面電極の外周縁と
接し各光電変換領域の分離帯を除く上記支持基板
の一方の主面を上記受光面電極と共にほぼ導電的
に覆う金属膜、該金属膜上に外周縁が位置して上
記複数の光電変換領域に跨つて形成された半導体
膜、該半導体膜を挾んで受光面電極と対向する背
面電極、を備えたことを特徴とする光起電力装置
。
