Claims (1)
- 光電変換膜と該光電変換膜を支持する透光性の
基板との間に、概ね全域に渡つて光伝搬路を残し
て設けられた良導電体の集電極を備え、上記光電
変換膜の基板側と反対の面に背面電極を配置した
光起電力装置であつて、上記光電変換膜と背面電
極との間に、上記集電極パターンを覆う絶縁パタ
ーンを設けることを特徴とする光起電力装置。
