Claims (1)
- 透光性受光面電極膜、光活性層を含む半導体膜
、第１背面電極膜、絶縁膜及び第２背面電極膜を
重畳し、当該第２背面電極膜と受光面電極膜とを
透光性導電体を介して受光領域内で複数箇所離散
的に導通せしめた透光性導通部を備える複数の単
位光電変換素子を、互いに隣接する単位光電変換
素子の一方の第１背面電極膜と他方の第２背面電
極膜とを半導体膜に対する背面側での結合により
、電気的に直列接続せしめたことを特徴とする光
起電力装置。
