Claims (1)
- 透光性絶縁基板と、該基板の一方の主面に被着
された複数の光電変換膜と、上記基板の周囲を包
囲し他方の主面の周縁部をも覆う枠体と、該枠体
により覆われた他方の主面の周縁部に対向する一
方の主面の周縁部に設けられたダイオード素子と
、からなり、上記ダイオード素子を任意の光電変
換膜毎に電気的に接続せしめたことを特徴とする
光起電力装置。
