- 複数の感光領域を一方向に配列した受光素子と
、該受光素子の電極と電気的に連なると共に物理
的にも支持するリード体と、上記受光素子の感光
領域毎にその外周をモールドする特定の波長帯域
の透過特性が異なる複数のモールド体と、を備え
、上記リード体は上記複数の感光領域の配列方向
に沿つて延出していることを特徴とした半導体受
光装置。
