  1. 被試験物７を被試験物収納容器６にいれて被試
    験物収納容器ふた９で大気と遮断し一定容積の負
    圧と連結したとき包装の気密が保たれている被試
    験物７内気体は大気と近い圧力を保ち被試験物収
    納容器容積より、被試験物体積を引いた容積と均
    衡する、又気密の保たれていない被試験物７内気
    体は被試験物収納容器と同様に負圧と連結した時
    均衡する、前者と、後者においては包装内気体の
    体積差が有りその差が圧力差として生じる、これ
    を気密検査に使用する装置。
