Claims (1)
- 一側面からその背面へ貫通する貫通孔が所定の
間隔で複数個あけられた誘電体ブロツクと、前記
各貫通孔の内周面に密着して配された導体膜で形
成される複数の内導体と、前記誘電体ブロツクの
表面に密着して配された導体膜で形成され、前記
各内導体の一方の端部が継目なく接続されている
外導体と、前記誘電体ブロツクの前記内導体開放
端側の側面の前記内導体相互の間に設けられ、前
記外導体と継目なく接続された導体膜を有する溝
と、入出力結合回路と、前記外導体、溝、及び絶
縁ブロツクの露出部分に密着してそれらを覆う絶
縁体皮膜とを備えた誘電体フイルタ。
