    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多孔質セラミツク又は多孔質樹脂よりなる散気
    板１をホルダー２上にＯリング３を介して載置し
    周縁部をホルダーキヤツプ４により固定してなる
    デイフユーザーにおいて、前記散気板１の厚さを
    中心部より周縁部に向うに従い順次減少させると
    共に、前記ホルダー２の中心部に開口する空気供
    給管５に逆止弁６を設けたことを特徴とする微細
    気泡式デイフユーザー。
