Claims (1)
- 測定器を保持した状態で定盤面に沿つて移動自
由な測定台において、圧縮空気が供給される圧縮
空気供給通路と、前記定盤面を臨む面に複数開口
し前記圧縮空気供給通路に連通する空気吹出通路
と、前記定盤面を臨む面に形成された空気逃げ溝
と、該空気逃げ溝に連通し外部に開口する空気逃
し通路と、前記測定器を保持する支柱とを備える
ことを特徴とする測定台。
