  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モータの回転にともなう画像読取部の移動に同
    期して給紙部を駆動させる複写機において、 前記モータの始動時に、前記画像読取部を低速
    で移動させてストツパーに当接させ、該当接にと
    もなう前記モータの回転方向の変化にもとづき前
    記画像読取部の位置を検出する手段と、 前記検出する手段によつて検出された前記画像
    読取部の位置にもとづき前記画像読取部を所定の
    停止位置に停止させる手段とを具え、画像読取り
    時に前記画像読取部が前記所定の停止位置から画
    像走査領域に達する間所定のパルスをカウントし
    、該カウント値が所定値に達すると給紙部を駆動
    させることを特徴とする複写機。
