Claims (1)
- 読取原稿を搬送しながらライン単位に原稿画像
を読み取る原稿読取装置において、原稿読取位置
の前後に配設された第１および第２の原稿搬送ロ
ーラと、この第１の原稿搬送ローラの直前位置で
読取原稿を検出する原稿センサと、上記第１の原
稿搬送ローラの回転を検出する回転検出器と、上
記原稿センサが読取原稿を検出してから上記回転
検出器の検出信号に基づいて速度を監視しながら
上記第１および第２の原稿搬送ローラを加速し、
読取原稿の先端が原稿読取位置にまで移動する間
に上記第１および第２の原稿搬送ローラの速度を
目標速度に上昇し、それ以降は上記第１および第
２の原稿搬送ローラの速度をその目標速度に制御
する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする原稿読取
装置。
