  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 受像管の受像面を走査線が走査するようにした
    ラスタスキヤン方式のキヤラクタ表示回路におい
    て、 文字コードが格納されている文字コードビデオ
    ＲＡＭと、 この文字コードビデオＲＡＭに格納されている
    文字を表示する際に拡大状態で表示するか通常状
    態で表示するかを指定する第１の指定手段と、 この第１の指定手段により上記文字コードビデ
    オＲＡＭに格納されている文字が拡大状態を指定
    された時に、この文字が基準線に対し上位に位置
    するか下位に位置するかを指定する第２の指定手
    段と、 文字を形成する表示用キヤラクタゼネレータＲ
    ＯＭと、 を具備し、上記表示用キヤラクタゼネレータＲ
    ＯＭの水平走査に対応するアドレス番地を任意の
    整数回づつ走査し、基準の大きさの文字の縦方向
    の整数倍だけ拡大するようにしたことを特徴とす
    る縦方向拡大文字の表示回路。
