Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 現代社会に於いて人間の集団化が増々多くなり社会機構
の複雑化に伴い犯罪偶発的な事故大火災飛行機事故及び
テロに伴う爆発事件が起る可能性が多く人間の個人識別
の必要性が生じて来ました。
外見、体裁、洋服、指紋、毛髪、血液型は身元確認（個
人識別）の際に大いに役立ちますが、しかし、それだけ
では、不確実な場合があります．上顎、下顎骨、歯牙は
死後長い間残っているもので個人識別には非常に役立ち
ます．そして長く残る歯牙に金属冠、ブリッジ、義歯等
に患者自身のイニシャル誕生月、国籍が刻印されている
ならば身元確認が早く正確に出来ます。
しかし義歯は犯罪関係では容易に取り除かれ又火災にも
焼けやすい金属冠、ブリッジは白金、金、ニッケルクロ
ーム、パラジュームで作り固定され熱に対しても強い。
歯科医に来院する患者の歯牙に金属冠及び金属冠ブリッ
ジを装着する機会が多くその金属冠に患者名のイニシャ
ル、誕生月及び国籍を鋳造される前に印刷用の活字を用
いてワックス上に刻印し金属で鋳造した金属冠を患者の
口腔内にセメントで装着固定する方法又歯牙に虫歯がな
い健康な歯牙にはニッケルクローム合金（横４．３ｍｍ
縦４．０ｍｍ）にレーザー光線及び打刻機を利用して小
さな面積にイニシャル誕生月、国籍を印字して歯面に直
接歯科用ボンドで接着する方法であり歯科医は記録■に
患者名イニシャル生年月日、性別、国籍、住所、電話番
号、接着日接着部位、金属の種類を記録保存して置く。
当山内歯科医院では昭和５４年より実施、現在まで約４
３０名の刻印冠を装着して居ります。しかしその金属冠
、ブリッジは歯牙の悪い人のみであり健康な歯牙の人々
はこの様なＩ．Ｄ．カード（刻印のある金属冠）の装着
が不可能でしたので昭和６０年に誰でもが装着できる、
ニッケルクロームの合金（歯科用）にレーザー光線を応
用して患者のイニシャル誕生月、国籍を印字しそれをす
べての人の上顎第一、第二大臼歯、上顎第二小臼歯のい
づれかの頬側に歯科用ボンドで装着することによって万
一の場合個人識別をする方法で事故死、変死、葛西爆発
、船の沈没、火山の爆発、地震、戦争等の死体であって
も直接そのＩ．Ｄ．カードを簡単に誰でも確認できる利
点を持っているものです。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 歯牙補綴物（金属冠金属冠ブリッジ）の頬側に患者名の
    イニシャル（例山■英徳−Ｈ・Ｙ）誕生月（３月なら３
    ）国籍（日本ならＪＡＰＡＮのＪ）を刻印し口腔内にセ
    メントで固定する方法又健康な歯牙（虫歯のない）の口
    腔内にはニッケルクローム合金（歯科用横４．３ｍｍ縦
    ４．０ｍｍの大きさ、歯牙の大きさにより多小小さめも
    ある）にレーザー光線及び打刻機にて患者のイニシャル
    誕生月、国籍を印字し上顎第一、第二大臼歯上顎第二小
    臼歯の頬側歯面に歯科用ボンドを用いて接着し万一の時
    に口腔内装着物のこのＩ、Ｄ・カードにより個人識別を
    する方法。
