を示し、第２図及び第３図は炭素質ランス管と不
活性ガス吹込み導管との接続部を示す。また、第
４図は、本考案者等が先願明細書で紹介した溶融
スラグ加熱炉を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 不活性雰囲気に維持した炉内で、副原料を添
    加しながら溶融スラグを不活性ガス吹込みにより
    撹拌して均質化を行つた後、得られた溶融物の一
    定量を連続的に排出する溶融スラグ加熱炉におい
    て、不活性ガス吹込み管を上下動可能な支持部材
    に支持された不活性ガス吹込み導管及び該不活性
    ガス吹込み導管の下端に着脱可能な炭素質ランス
    管で構成し、更に前記不活性ガス吹込み導管を水
    冷構造としたことを特徴とする溶融スラグのガス
    撹拌装置。 ２ 前記溶融スラグ加熱炉を複数の加熱用電極を
    備えた直接抵抗式の電気炉とすると共に、炭素質
    ランス管の長さを前記複数の加熱用電極の配置間
    隔よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の溶融スラグのガス撹拌
    装置。
