    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却したエミツタにガスを吹きつけてイオンを
    得る方式のガスフエーズイオン源において、エミ
    ツタ温度を検出して該検出温度が所定の値になる
    ようにエミツタに供給される冷却用液体ヘリウム
    の流量をコントロールする制御機構を設けたこと
    を特徴とするガスフエーズイオン源。
