Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 機体の回転軸側の軸周に固定される回転環
    と、この回転環に機体のハウジング側に固定して
    なるケーシングでバツクアツプされたパツキン及
    びスプリング抑え部材を介してスプリングの付勢
    力により弾性的に押圧付勢して摺接される固定環
    とからなるとともに、前記固定環の内周部に、前
    記ハウジング側に固定されたケーシングの一部を
    係合させて廻り止め機構を形成してなるメカニカ
    ルシールにおいて、前記廻り止め機構を形成する
    固定環とケーシングとの間の係合部を、前記回転
    環と固定環との摺動面間の摩擦力により常に接触
    維持可能にしてなることを特徴とするメカニカル
    シール。 (2) 次式を満足することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のメカニカルシール
