Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 機体のハウジング内に挿通された回転軸の軸
周に、コンプレツシヨンリングで支持されかつそ
の背面部をコイルスプリングでバツクアツプして
軸方向に付勢してなる回転摺接環を配置する一方
、この回転摺接環に前記機体のハウジング側に固
定される固定摺接環を摺接させて組付けてなるメ
カニカルシールであつて、前記コンプレツシヨン
リングと回転摺接環の内周面、及び機体のハウジ
ング内周面と固定摺接環の外周面の二次シール部
に、特殊な断面形状からなる静止型金属シール部
材を設けたことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。 ２ 金属シール部材は、断面Ｃ字形状をなす弾性
金属素材からなることを特徴とする請求項１記載
のメカニカルシール。 ３ 機体のハウジング内周面と固定摺接環の外周
面との内側の二次シール部に断面Ｃ字形状をなす
弾性金属素材からなる金属シール部材を設け、か
つその外側に断面Ｅ字形状をなす弾性金属素材か
らなる金属シール部材を設けたことを特徴とする
請求項１または２記載のメカニカルシール。
