の背面部をコイルスプリングでバツクアツプして
軸方向に付勢してなる回転摺接環を配置する一方
、この回転摺接環に前記機体のハウジング側に固
定される固定摺接環を摺接させて組付けてなるメ
カニカルシールであつて、前記コンプレツシヨン
リングと回転摺接環の内周面、及び機体のハウジ
ング内周面と固定摺接環の外周面の二次シール部
に、特殊な断面形状からなる静止型金属シール部
材を設けたことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。 2 金属シール部材は、断面C字形状をなす弾性
