Claims (1)
- ベローズに保持されたシールリングと、上記シ
ールリングに対向摺接するメイテイングリングと
を具備し、上記シールリングおよびメイテイング
リングの一方がハウジングに支持され、他方が回
転軸とともに回転するベローズ型メカニカルシー
ルにおいて、上記シールリングの反メイテイング
リング側には段部が形成されているとともに外円
筒部には１個又は複数個の溝が形成されており、
ベローズの端部に配置されたアダプタのシールリ
ング側には段部が形成されているとともに外円筒
部には１個又は複数個の溝が形成されており、上
記シールリングおよびアダプタ間にはリテーナが
配置されていて、このリテーナの軸方向両側を上
記両段部に嵌合させるとともに、軸方向両側にそ
れぞれ１個又は複数個突設された突起を上記両溝
に嵌合させることにより、シールリングをアダプ
タに保持させたことを特徴とするベローズ型メカ
ニカルシール。
