Claims (1)
- 機体のハウジング内に挿通された回転軸の軸周
に、前記ハウジング側に固定されるメイテイング
リングからなる固定側軸封機構と、前記回転軸側
に固定されるシールリングからなる回転側軸封機
構とを配設し、かつこの回転側軸封機構のシール
リングをケーシング内でバツクアツプされた弾性
部材を介して前記固定側軸封機構のメイテイング
リング側に向け軸方向に押圧付勢して互いに摺接
させ軸封してなるメカニカルシールにおいて、前
記弾性部材は、スリツトを有するキヤツプ状の板
バネリングで形成したことを特徴とするメカニカ
ルシール。
