Claims (1)
- 固定部に回り止めしたハウジングにアーバと一
体の回転軸を回転自在に軸承し、アーバの先端に
砥石車をアーバの軸線と直交する軸線回りに回転
自在に設け、前記ハウジングに固定した固定傘歯
車と、前記アーバに歯車支持軸をアーバの軸線と
直交する軸線方向に固定し、この歯車支持軸に支
持され前記固定傘歯車と噛合して前記回転軸の回
転により自転公転する遊星傘歯車と、この遊星傘
歯車の回転を前記砥石車に伝達する機構を備えた
研磨装置において、前記遊星歯車を前記アーバと
歯車支持軸との２点にベアリングを介して歯車支
持軸線回りに回転自在に支持したことを特徴とす
る二軸回転研磨装置。
