Abstract

PURPOSE:An improved cosmetic having synergistically increased improved effects on skin touch, using both a soluble collagen and a cationic polysaccharide having a specific nitrogen content. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic usable as skin cosmetic such as cream, milky lotion, toilet lotion, beauty culture solution, etc., hair cosmetic, etc., containing both a soluble collagen [especially preferably extracted and purified collagen (atherocollagen) from which telopeptide is removed, obtained by treating corium tissue of young bovine or swine with pepsin, extracting and purifying and preferably 0.001-0.5wt% blended amount] and a cationic polysaccharide having 1.5-2.5wt% nitrogen content (especially preferably cationic cellulose having 1.5-2.5wt% nitrogen content and 0.001-2.0wt%, especially preferably 0.01-1.0wt% blended amount). Suitable for treating chapped skin in winter, skin after shaving, hair damaged by dyeing or permanent wave, etc.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to cosmetics, and more particularly to skin products containing soluble collagen and a cationic polysaccharide having a nitrogen content of 1.5 to 2.5% by weight. This invention relates to cosmetics that have an excellent effect on improving the feel of skin.

The stratum corneum of normal skin normally contains 10 to 30% water, maintaining elasticity and flexibility, but when this decreases to less than 10% due to environmental conditions, it is called dry skin. It is known that under such conditions, the skin loses its elasticity, causing various problems. To solve this problem, conventional moisturizers such as glycerin,
Cosmetics containing propylene glycol, sodium pyrrolidone cardate, etc. have been used.

However, when these moisturizers are applied to the skin, they supply moisture to the stratum corneum on the skin surface, and this effect is temporary and is not affected by external environmental conditions. It had the disadvantage of being easy to accept.

On the other hand, in addition to the above-mentioned moisturizers, it has been reported that cosmetics containing soluble collagen and cationic polysaccharides have the effect of preventing rough skin and improving skin feel. However, soluble collagen alone has the disadvantage that although it has a slightly moist feeling and less stickiness, it is less smooth to the skin, and cationic polysaccharide alone has the disadvantage that although it feels smooth to the skin, it does not have a sticky feeling and is sticky. .

In view of these circumstances, the present inventors conducted intensive research to obtain cosmetics with excellent effects on skin feel improvement, and found that by using soluble collagen and a specific cationized polysaccharide in combination, the results show that when each is used alone, The present invention has been completed based on the discovery that the effect of improving skin feel is synergistically increased compared to the above.

Examples of the cationized polysaccharide used in the present invention include cationized starch with a nitrogen content of 1.5 to 2.5 M%, cationized cellulose, etc., and in particular, a nitrogen content of 1.5 M%.
~2.5% by weight of cationized cellulose is preferred. If the nitrogen content is less than 1.5% by weight, even if it is blended into cosmetics, it will not have enough affinity for the skin;
If it exceeds % by weight, it gives a sticky feeling during use, which is not preferable.

The amount of the cationized polysaccharide to be blended is preferably 0.001 to 2.0% by weight, particularly 0.01 to 1.0% by weight, based on the total amount of the cosmetic of the present invention. If it is less than 0.001% by weight, the effect of the present invention will not be exhibited, and if it exceeds 2.0% by weight, the viscosity of the system will increase too much and it will become glue-like, which is not preferable.
