<Prior art> Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the appearance of the microwave oven 1 with the door open, where 2 is the oven, 3 is the door body, 4 is the outer box, 5 is the oven front plate, and 6 is the door body 3. This is a door sealer that comes into contact with and separates from the oven front plate 5 as it opens and closes. The above oven front plate (hereinafter referred to as the front plate)
5, as shown in FIG. 2, a zinc phosphate-based or iron phosphate-based base chemical conversion treatment film is formed on the surface of a surface-treated steel sheet 7 such as a galvanized steel sheet or an aluminized steel sheet, and then an epoxy resin powder coating is applied. , a coating film B of acrylic resin solvent-based paint or the like was formed with a thickness of 30 to 200 μm. On the other hand, the door sealer 6 is made by forming a base chemical conversion film on the surface of the surface-treated steel plate 8, and then applying a coating such as epoxy resin powder paint, acrylic resin solvent-based paint, or epoxy resin cationic electrodeposition paint. A was formed with a thickness of 20 to 120 μm.

In combination with coating film A with a thickness of 10 to 30μ made of paint (~8 minutes) or paint film A with a thickness of 20 to 40 μ made of black acrylic solvent-based erasable (5 to 8 minutes) paint. Practical test (paint film heated to 60℃ due to oven heat)
When the door is opened and closed repeatedly at ~120°C (in a softened state), coating film A and coating film B collide and come into contact with each other after approximately 2000 openings and closings, resulting in coating peeling (interlayer peeling) as shown in Figures 3 and 4. There are many potential defects such as partial peeling (or partial peeling) and adhesion of peeled paint film fragments, rust due to peeling of the paint film, and unsightly appearance, and there is a strong demand for improvement.

<Purpose> The present invention was developed in view of the above, and by making at least one contact surface between the front plate and the door sealer a non-adhesive film surface, the adhesive force of the surface of the paint film is reduced. The purpose is to prevent the paint film from peeling off on the front panel and door sealer.

[First Example] Silicone resin oil (Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. KF-96 or Toray Co., Ltd. Silicone) is applied to the surface of the coating film A made of epoxy resin-based black cationic electrodeposition paint of the door sealer 6 of the door body 3. When applying SH-200) to form an oil film C, the phenomena shown in Figures 3 and 4 are not observed even after 2,000 or more 10,000 door opening/closing tests. The same results can be obtained by applying not only the coating A of the door sealer 6 but also the coating B of the front plate 5 made of epoxy resin powder coating. In addition, even if the coating film A of the door sealer 6 is a 15-40 μ thick coating film (black) of acrylic resin solvent-based baking paint, similar good results can be obtained by forming an oil film of silicone oil or silicone grease. [Second Example] For the coating film B of the front panel 5 made of epoxy resin powder coating, 10% or less of fluororesin powder (Hoechst Japan) was added to the acrylic resin solvent-based baking coating.
The coating film A of the door sealer 6 with a thickness of 15 to 40 μm is formed using a paint containing fluororesin powder mixed with Hostaflon Powder 9205) manufactured by Co., Ltd., and the non-adhesive property is improved. 2000 in the same door opening/closing test

[Third Example] Similar to the first and second examples, paint was added as a slipper agent to the paint film B of the front panel 5 using an epoxy resin powder paint to give the paint film surface slipperiness. Add silicone resin oil (0.1-1%)

Similar good results were obtained by forming coating film A of Door Sealer 6 with a thickness of 30μ.

[Fourth Example] The coating film B on the front panel 5 is formed using an epoxy resin powder coating with a slipper agent (silicone oil) added thereto. On the other hand, the door sealer surface 6 of the door body 3 is coated with conventional epoxy resin cationic electrodeposition (black erasable paint or acrylic resin solvent type (black)).
A combination in which a coating film A of the door sealer 6 is formed with an erasable paint is used. Alternatively, a combination is made in which the door sealer surface 6 is also coated with a slipper agent.

[Fifth Example] Less than 10% fluororesin powder is contained in an acrylic-melamine resin solvent-based paint that is a mixture of acrylic resin and melamine resin components, which is the only solvent-based solution paint that can be used in microwave ovens. A coating film B on the front panel 5 is formed using the kneaded paint. On the other hand, the door sealer surface 6 is a combination of coating film A and coating film B in which coating film A is formed using a conventional cationic epoxy resin electrodeposited coating film, an acrylic resin solvent-based coating film, or other coatings.

[Sixth Example] The coating film B of the front plate 5 is formed with a powder coating produced by kneading 1 to 3% of fluorine resin powder into an epoxy resin powder coating, or In the final step of powder coating spraying, fluororesin powder paint is sprayed only on the top layer of the front panel 5 and fired to form a thin layer of fluororesin, resulting in a two-layer front panel 5.
Coating film B is formed and combined with coating film A in the conventional manner. In the case of an epoxy resin powder coating, if the amount of fluororesin powder added is 4% or more, the finished surface will become extremely uneven, resulting in poor stain resistance such as food contamination.

<Effects> The present invention provides a microwave oven in which a door body is attached to an opening of an oven front plate so as to be openable and closable. By making at least one contact surface of the sealer a non-adhesive film surface, the adhesive force on the surface of the paint film is reduced, and the paint film on the front panel and door sealer will peel off when the door body is opened and closed. This is a highly practical product that can prevent the conventional defects.
