Therefore, in recent years, materials such as low-cost iron plates, galvanized steel plates, and aluminum-plated steel plates have been used for paint finishing, and the materials used for these paints have become commercially available as low-cost materials with good performance. There are white to cream-colored paint films mainly made of acrylic-melamine resin paints, which are formed by applying 50±20 layers of acid-cured eboxy powder paint. However, even among these high-frequency heating devices, a microwave oven with a browner is not practical. That is, it can withstand high temperatures of 170 to 220 o'clock, food contamination, the coating price is cheaper than the conventional stainless steel, aluminum, and enamel finish steel sheet materials, the color tone is pale, and the coating film is resistant to high temperatures. For items that are resistant to damage over time, non-combustible to incombustible, and with little deterioration of the coating due to electrical discharge, apply a resin paint such as acrylic or epoxy paint for 10±5r as an undercoat, and apply a modified fluororesin paint as a topcoat. Resin film 3 on the fabric
5 ± 5 mm was used for coloring, but since it is a thermoplastic resin coating in practical terms, when the temperature reaches 170°C or higher, cooking utensils and microwave oven trays (glass saucers), etc. Sometimes, if the equipment used for the paint is accidentally hit with an impact, the top layer of the modified fluororesin film may be rubbed off due to softening at high temperatures. Because of the undercoat, which has poor food stain resistance, differences in color tone become obvious, resulting in an unsightly appearance and undesirable phenomena from the viewpoint of corrosion resistance. Improvements were desired. The present invention solves the problem of high temperature food stain resistance by forming an inorganic paint film as an inexpensive undercoat that can be coated thickly, has a light color, and has the same color as the topcoat. Furthermore, the resistance to scraping of cooking utensils was also improved. Inorganic paints include two-component, water-curing or organic solvent-based paints in which modified silicate is mixed with metal oxide-based extender pigments and coloring pigments, and an acid hardener is mixed therein. Suitable. To explain the present invention with reference to the drawings, FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a microwave oven with a microwave oven in which a heater 8 is built into the oven 3, and 2 is a door that can open and close the oven 3.

FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view of this oven 3, with which the present invention will be explained with reference. According to this, the dough 4 forming the oven 3 is made of a surface-treated steel plate made of an alloy of iron and zinc, and is formed into a box body as the oven 3 by processing such as pressing, bending, and projection welding. . Next, the fabric 4 processed and formed into a box is placed in a surface preparation line for zinc phosphate-based preparation, and subjected to degreasing, polishing, surface chemical conversion film formation, and drying. Thereafter, the completely inorganic paint described above is spray-painted with a spray gun onto the base treated surface of the fabric 4, which has been preheated to 40 to 70 qo. (Here, if the fabric 4 processed and formed into the box body is painted without preheating, it will result in an uneven and cracked surface with a poor finish and tend to have poor adhesion.) Heat to 300-250qo
The film is kept at a temperature of 18 minutes to dry and harden to form an undercoat film 5 of inorganic paint with an optimum coating thickness of 20±5 mm. Next, a modified fluororesin paint of the same color (e.g., white, ivory white, ivory, green, orange, etc.) is spray-painted on this undercoat film 5 using a spray gun, and then heated for 20 minutes at a temperature of 210 to 240 qo. Add 30±. A top coat film 6 with 15 peaks is formed. Therefore, a composite film 7 having a total film thickness of 30 to 50 mm is formed on the fabric 4 by the inorganic undercoat 5 and the organic top coat 6. As described above, the present invention finishes the oven 3 with a coating on one side of the dough 4, thereby solving the problems of the conventional modified fluorine coating finish described above.

That is, the top coat film 6 was applied to high temperature seasoning contamination at 170 to
Even if it peeled off, the undercoat film 5 could withstand it, and the unsightly staining was eliminated. Furthermore, even if the top coating film 6 peels off due to high temperature softening at 170 to 220° C., there is no problem with various performances as a microwave oven, especially corrosion resistance and adhesion, and there is no unsightly appearance. Since the adhesion between the undercoat film 5 made of an inorganic paint and the top coat film 6 made of a modified fluorine paint is excellent, it is not easy to peel off the top coat film 6. In addition, since an inorganic paint is used as the undercoat, the film does not peel off or disappear in flammability tests like conventional modified fluorine resin paint films, and the paint film does not peel off or disappear when exposed to sparks from actual microwave ovens. no longer occurs. Furthermore, since the hardness of the undercoat film 5 is extremely high, there is no damage to the substrate. Incidentally, if the top coat film and the undercoat film are completely different in color, it will give an unsightly appearance when the top coat film 6 is peeled off, so it is important to keep both the top coat film and the undercoat film the same color. Fluororesin powder and boron nitride (BN) are mixed into the modified fluororesin paint to form a topcoat film in order to improve the high temperature softening and scratch prevention performance to a greater extent than the painted finished oven of the above example. It is also good to add 5 to 10% powder.

If we consider this further, in addition to completely inorganic paints, it is possible to use thermosetting resin paints for forming the undercoat film, such as white cream-colored epoxy, silicone, polyester, and acrylic-melamine resins, which have the same color tone as the topcoat. However, there is no material that can be used because it has poor adhesion with the top coat, poor resistance to contamination with seasonings at high temperatures, and difficulty in achieving the same color tone.

Furthermore, metal spraying and ceramic spraying are conceivable as undercoating, but because the color tone, process, processing method, etc. are different, they are unsightly in appearance and the processing cost is high, so they cannot be used. According to the present invention, which is constructed as described above, it is easy to process and process, for example, to form a composite film layer of an inorganic layer and an organic layer on an open inner surface, and the paint cost is low, and there is no difference in price compared to conventional painting. This makes it cheaper than metal ovens such as stainless steel and aluminum.
