性生地の塗装方法に改良を加えた高周波加熱装置、電気
オーブン、電気鋼、ホットプレート等の電気調理器に係

うになり、その塗料の材質はコストの安い性能の良好な
ものとして実用化されているものに20〜60の塗膜を
競付けによって形成するアクリルーメラミン樹脂塗料を
主体にした白色〜クリーム色の色彩塗装膜あるいは酸硬
化の暁付けェボキシ粉体塗料を50±20山塗布したも
のがある。しかし、これらは高周波加熱装置の仲でもブ
ラウナー付き電子レンジは実用に乏しい点がある。即ち
、170〜220午○の高温、食品汚染に耐え、塗装価
格も従釆のステンレス・アルミニウム、ホーロー仕上げ
鋼板の材料より大水風こ安いもの、色調が淡彩色である
もの、塗膜に高温時傷付き難いもの、不燃〜雛燃で放電
による塗膜の劣化の少し、ものとして、下塗にアクリル
系、ェポキシ系等の樹脂塗料を10±5r塗布し、上塗
として変性フッ素樹脂塗料を塗布して生地上に樹脂膜3
5±5ムを形成したものが彩用されたが、実用上熱可塑
性樹脂の塗膜であるため170℃位から高温になると食
器物や電子レンジのオーブントレイ(ガラス製の受け皿
)等の調理に使用する器具が不用意に衝撃的に当ると時
として、最上層部変性フッ素樹脂膜が高温時軟化により
すりめくれる場合があり、下塗の薄いことと(厚塗装は
塗料吹付時のタレや焼付時の発泡があって仕上げが不可
)、耐食品汚染性の悪い下塗のために、色調の差が露骨
に現われて、見苦しい外観を示し、耐腐食性の点からも
望ましくない現象が出現し、改良が望まれていた。本発
明は耐高温食品汚染、厚塗り可能、色調も淡彩色として
上塗と同色に出釆て、コストの安い下塗りとして無機質
塗料の皮膜を形成させることにより解決したものである
。又調理器具の耐すりめくれの性能も大和副こ向上でき
た。無機質塗料としては変性珪酸塩に金属酸化物係体質
顔料と着色顔料を入れ、硬化剤として酸硬化剤を混合さ
せた2液性の暁付け硬化形の水綾性或は有機溶剤性の塗
料が適してい。本発明を図面と共に説明すると、第1図

ゲが生じなくなった。又、下塗皮膜5の硬さが大へん高
度なものなので、素地までの傷付きがなくなった。因に
、上塗皮膜と下塗皮膜の色調が全く異なるものは上塗皮
膜6がめくれたとき見苦しい外観を示すので、上・下塗
皮膜とも同色にしておくことが大切である。上誌実施例
の塗装仕上げしたオーブンよりもざらに耐高温軟化傷付
き防止性能を向上させるために上塗皮膜形成用として変
性フッ素樹脂塗料中に塗料混入用フッ素樹脂パウダーや
ボロンナィトラィド(BN)パウダーを5〜10%添加
