This greatly affects the product value, and the consumer's willingness to purchase is greatly affected.

However, among the above-mentioned powders, silica powder, in particular, tends to have an effect on the surface hardness of the coating film due to its properties, and in order to increase the surface hardness of the coating film, the primary particles Since a high binding property is used, if the paint is directly applied to the base material, the concentration of the powder increases near the base material, and the adhesion area between the base material and the resin contained in the paint decreases. A coating film having high adhesion cannot be obtained.

のである。Also, when a primer such as primer, clear, or enamel is applied to the substrate, the adhesion is improved, but the adhesion between the underlayer and the coating film is improved, so that the undercoat is completely cured. In this case, the paint is applied in a state where it is not present, and at this time, a concentration gradient of the powder occurs, or the weight of the powder itself is applied, so that the powder is contained in the upper coating film Because the powder moves to the lower layer, which is the underlying layer, the amount of powder contained in the coating decreases, and a matte or pear-like coating with a high decorative effect cannot be obtained. is there.

A decorative body provided with a layer, wherein the coating layer is formed into a plurality of layers, the content of the powder in the coating is gradually increased toward the upper layer, and between the substrate and the coating layer And a matte decorative body characterized by interposing a powder-free layer.

The surface of the base material is provided with a plating layer by electroplating, electroless plating, or the like, or subjected to a chemical conversion treatment such as a phosphate treatment or a chromate treatment. Incidentally, reference numeral 4 in the drawing denotes a plating layer or a chemical conversion treatment layer.

The ratio of the powder contained in the first layer 3a and the second layer 3b in the layer 3b is
It is provided so that 3a <3b. As the coating material for forming the coating layer, a coating material containing a powder in a generally used coating material containing a resin binder and a pigment as main components is used.

However, in this method, the coating is performed in the same manner as described in the above-mentioned conventional technique and its problems. The powder contained in the upper part of the film moves below the coating, and the amount of powder contained in the upper part of the coating decreases, resulting in a matte or pear-like coating with a high decorative effect. Therefore, in the present invention, a plurality of coating layers are formed, and the content ratio of the powder in the coating layers is gradually increased toward the upper layer.

It is most preferable to provide two layers from the viewpoint of the surface hardness, etc., and from the viewpoint of surface hardness, the content of the powder is approximately 1 to 50% by weight in the first layer 3a, and 3b
Is preferably 5 to 60% by weight.

A plurality of coating layers are provided by a paint containing at least a powder composed of the powder, and the content of the powder in the coating layer is gradually increased toward the upper layer, so that the powder is contained in the upper coating layer. This reduces the decrease in the amount of powder.
