る人工木目化粧単板の製造方法に係わる。 In other words, the invention of Japanese Patent Application No. 110115/1980 is to press and assemble several types of veneers with different textures between templates with uneven textures using an adhesive to form a frit, and then cut the frit to make a decorative material. By creating a veneer and then applying paint after adhering it to a plate-like base material, the thickness of the topcoat pattern varies due to the difference in the texture of the decorative veneer, creating a three-dimensional makeup. The purpose is to manufacture boards. The present invention further develops the above-described invention to produce a decorative veneer that not only has a three-dimensional effect but also closely resembles the appearance of natural precious wood veneer, especially ring-hole wood such as Zelkova and Yamaguwa. An artificial wood grain decorative unit in which several types of raw veneers with different textures are laminated between a pair of templates, pressed together to form a laminated veneer frit, and then the frit is peeled off so that the adhesive layer has a wood grain pattern. A method for manufacturing a board, in which the surface of the raw veneer with a rough texture is colored in a color different from the internal color of the veneer. It concerns the method.
以下本発明を更に詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in more detail below.

を肌目が精な単板という。 First, raw material veneers with different textures used in the present invention are obtained by scraping wood with a rotary lace slicer, etc. The relative appearance of the wood components on the veneer surface with a thickness of about 0.2 to 2.0 mm When the diameter of the veneer is large, it is called a coarse-grained veneer, and the opposite case is called a fine-textured veneer.

区別する。 For example, lauans, merantis, and ramins have coarse-grained veneers, while agathis, wawa, and zierton have fine-grained veneers. It goes without saying that the raw material veneer may be dyed even inside the veneer if necessary. Among the raw material veneers with different textures listed above,
The surface of the coarse-grained veneer is colored differently from the interior color, and the inside of the vessel groove recess is also sufficiently colored, but the color is used in such a way that the color does not penetrate into the inside of the veneer as much as possible. The surface of the veneer can be colored by applying dyes or pigments using conventional methods, or by dipping it in a coloring liquid for a short time and drying it. Whether only one side of the veneer is colored or both sides are colored depends on the appearance of the decorative veneer to be expressed.

In the case of a straight-grained pattern, it is effective to color both sides of the coarse-grained veneer.

An appropriate number of thin, coarse-grained veneers are laminated between a pair of templates using an adhesive, and then compressed to form a veneer laminated frit. The adhesive used is a commonly used wood adhesive with appropriate coloring or without coloring.

Thereafter, the laminated fritchi is peeled using a peeling machine such as a slicer so that the adhesive layer has a wood grain pattern to obtain the desired artificial wood grain decorative veneer.

ることが出来る。 Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, among the wood grain patterns reproduced on the decorative veneer, the grain pattern is applied along the outer periphery of the spring wood portion expressed using the fine-grained veneer 2. The large colored conduit groove 3 of the rough veneer 1 is expressed like the conduit groove part of the ring hole material, and the outer periphery of the veneer 1 has a different color colored surface. Since the colored part 4 is expressed as a fall wood part, it is possible to obtain an artificial wood grain decorative veneer that closely resembles the appearance of a natural precious wood veneer, especially a ring-hole wood such as Zelkova or Yamaguwa.

Next, an adhesive colored brown was applied to one side of the two types of raw material veneers, and 300 sheets were laminated alternately between a pair of templates with unevenness, and pressed at 30 kg/cm 2 for -12 hours to create a frit. It was created. Next, the adhesive layer of the fritsch was peeled to a thickness of 0.3 mm so as to have a wood grain pattern, thereby obtaining an artificial wood grain decorative veneer that closely resembled the desired grain pattern of zelkova.
