Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空装置内へ複数の導入部材を導入して封止す
る装置において、 (a) 単一導入口を有する真空槽と、 (b) 該真空槽の単一導入口を塞ぐように位置す
る封止体と、 (c) 該封止体に設けられ、複数の導入部材が貫
通し、その導入部材の周りに位置するＯリングを
有するＯリングシール部と、 (d) 該Ｏリングシール部を一体的に締め付ける
締着手段とを具備するようにしたことを特徴とす
る多軸真空封止装置。
