と液体ヘリウムを収納し前記真空断熱槽内に配置

ウム槽と前記真空断熱槽との間に前記液体ヘリウ
ム槽を囲んで配設された円筒状の輻射熱シールド
と、この輻射熱シールドの外周の下部および上部
に前記輻射熱シールドの軸線とほぼ平行に配設さ
れた下部集合配管および上部集合配管と、前記下
部集合配管と前記上部集合配管を接続して前記輻
射熱シールドに密接配置された円環状の分枝配管
と、前記真空断熱槽の外部に配設された液体窒素
容器からの供給配管と前記下部集合配管とを接続
している注液配管と、前記上部集合配管より前記
真空断熱槽の外部へ液体窒素蒸発ガスを排出する
排気口とを備えてなる極低温容器。 (2) 分枝配管が輻射熱シールドにロー付けされ
